The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and clean rooms, big comfortable beds, and access to Netflix on a high-quality TV. The staff, although perhaps untrained, were helpful and kind, and even provided free bottled water. this hotel offered top-notch cleanliness, transportation options, and staff.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Busan. the location was fantastic as it was just a short walk from the nearest subway station, making it very convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and had a big comfortable bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, attending to all our needs. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh bread and delicious egg dishes.

Staff went the extra mile to help us with taxis and carrying our bags. Comfortable beds and provided amenities like shampoo and conditioner.
